The current proposals include buildings of :-

approx 750 homes south of Creigiau

approx 2,000 homes north of Junction 33 of the M4

approx 7,500 homes between Radyr, St Fagans and Fairwater.

This will affect many communities within Cardiff West and have considerable impact on our environment and infrastructure including roads, traffic, health and education facilities.
