The Labour-run Cardiff Council has overlooked Danescourt for investment in parks.

Other areas of Cardiff are seeing millions of pounds of investment in parks as part of a major regeneration programme. Yet local children who play at Matthew Walk Park are missing out on funds. Danescourt residents do not begrudge other areas of Cardiff having investment in parks.

But major investment in Matthew Walk Park is long overdue. Local children need safe play all weather surfaces.
 

Danescourt Conservatives will keep fighting for more funds and requested the resurfacing of the MUGA as a matter of urgency.
